Parent Support for West Park Elementary School

School Council

The West Park Elementary School Council is an association of parents, teachers, school administration and community representatives who work together to promote the well being and effectiveness of the entire school community, and thereby enhance student learning.  All parents and children attending West Park Elementary are invited to participate in the activities of the School Council.  Meeting dates are on the school calendar and take place monthly in the school library. 

The council has an active involvement in the school for the benefit of our students, and contributes opinions to changes or enhancements that affect our school.  It is an amazing opportunity to share and learn what you can do for your child's education.  

Friends of West Park Elementary School

The Friends of West Park Elementary School is a non-profit organization that operates alongside the School Council. It exists to nehance student learning and support school programs beyond what the school’s regular budget can cover. It's fundraising efforts are designed to provide additional equipment, classroom materials, and school enhancements.
